I was so pleased to see that Segpay is helping to support illegal tubes to make money by being the biller of xhamster one of my personally most hated stealing of adult content tube sites.

and yes I am being sarcastic. What is up with Segpay joining forces with that, that is f$%king sad.

If I owned an affiliate program that would be reason enough to drop them from my cascade and never do business with them again.

how funny is that considering Nats owns segpay. So on one hand they provide a product to hundreds of porn sites and on the other hand they are helping to support a site that fucks many of their clients. :Oh crap :upsidedow talk about a conflict of interest. not good.

Also, segpay is made up of ex-ibill people so no surprise about this from that regard either.

I'm not supporting their decision to do this, I'm just saying there's no reason to point fingers at the billers for the problem, when the problem is who they are billing for. "But if they didn't bill for them they wouldn't be able to stay open", no, if they didn't bill for them they would find someone who would, and if they couldn't they would still find a way to stay open and do what they are aiming to.

I was perturbed to see a billing company, that seems to have been around for sometime and go to the shows, are now supporting tube sites and stolen content by doing the premium billing for Xhamster?

So I and many other webmasters have to spend time daily, DMCA'ing XHamster for the content they have stolen from us ... while Segpay helps them profit from it - and takes a slice of that profit for themselves?

So what that says is, you do not have to be 2257 compliant when you use Segpay as a processor. But most importantly, it says that you can use underage content, because Xhamster has a good handful of underage videos.
