They are up again now.. I checked 20 minutes ago and they were down.. came up again 5 minutes ago... checked my own and a couple more sites, we unable to reach the join form..

Have a 3 hour hole with no sales or so

When you rely on one company to handle all of your billing you are going to run into issues like this. Using a cascading software with multiple integrated processors can save you sales in these type of situations. If a processor in your cascade is down, you can quickly replace with any other processor that is part of your cascade!

NATS has over 80 integrated payment platforms so you can even increase the amount of sign-ups by offering different payment methods such as localized billing, mobile, etc.

Have you guys integrated join form pings yet on this? it would allow a guy like Bisk to swap based on downtime of biller join forms.

This has not been integrated, but will be discussed. Right now he would need to manually switch the cascade replacing the biller thats down.
