TITLE: Webmaster/Content Coordinator
COMPANY: Hustler (LFP Internet Group, LLC)
REPORTS TO: Lead Content Coordinator


OVERVIEW
Hustler (LFP Internet Group, LLC) is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented person to be responsible for the organization and publication of large volumes of digital content for its network of adult-themed websites. This role is operational in nature, yet the ideal candidate will also use their skills to prepare all our photo and video content to be used across all other internet divisions, as well as update fresh content for each website in the network. Relevant experience using CMS software is required.


REQUIRED SKILLS
? HTML/CSS/Javascript
? Experience working in the Adult Industry
? Strong Adobe Photoshop and DreamWeaver Skills
? Content Management Systems
? FTP Clients
? Photo Color Correction, Retouching and Batch Processing

BASIC FAMILIARITY
? Basic Video Editing (Sony Vegas or similar)
? Familiarity with PHP or other server-side language
? Video Encoding/Video Formats for the Web
? Affiliate Programs

REQUIRED DISPOSITION
? Highly disciplined, detailed and extremely organized.
? Highly productive and efficiency-minded.
? Excellent communicator.
? Dynamic problem solving skills.
? A positive, ?can do? attitude.
? Ability to follow directions and meet tight deadlines.

EDUCATION
? Bachelor?s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
