Do you run Stats Remote on 2 computers ?

If I use Statsremote on 2 machines, at seperate times, do I risk messing up the databases ?

i think you are supposed to have two licenses.

i used to run it on my desktop and laptop, only running the laptop when I was out of town or not using my PC for a while and never had problems.

I'm only using it on one machine at a time, I thought that was allowed.

I run it on off of a USB drive so I have stats on the go. I backup the folder monthly on my main computer.

database is local and doesn't know the other install exists.

i run multiple on one machine... no problems... just install in different spots.

use dropbox to keep everything sync'ed.

if they detect you on 2 PCs you will have your licensed cancelled.

Has niftystats ever come close to the number of programs statsremote supports?

they will send you a request to either buy a second license or use it on only 1 machine at a time first

happened to me a few times

but they didnt just xcl my license. they are pretty cool guys
