You could register for an account in a foreign currency, this might work, but it might be you need someone to act as a third party who can then send the payments onto you, but it would have to be someone you trust, who lives / is registered in a country the sponsor will make payments to

Just don't work with these who don't pay to your country, or contact them, tell them you are honest webmaster from Ukraine and want to work with them.
Most of them will approve you if your traffic resources are legit.

And learn english, it will help you a lot :)

I'm from Brazil and I also have this problem, they could pass programs using international transfer of currencies.

but they do not use, like using systems own or send a check which often ends up losing the fault of postal thieves.
