too many cards declined at SegPay
 

just checked the admin panel because the submit/signup ratios were too big, and see a lot of cards getting declined.

why is this happening?

let me offer an educated guess..... In this economic climate many in the online processing arena have discovered that collection of your surfers credit card billing details which assuredly happens with each and every decline.....

Collection of this data can prove far more valuable to the billing companies than your customers $29.95 monthly membership is for you....just something to consider

Or you can go with traditional explanations such as bug,glitch,server lag, bank error, heavy scrub, tornado,blizzard,wildfire,etc..

I am not sure what may of happened for this particular case. In today's society, most of these surfers do not have the the funds to spend, even if it is only for a membership. They could of signed up with prepaid cards which may not have any money left, or their could be some fraud going on with the cards.
