Id like to know how they could possibly make a profit on a 199 console unless it is horribly outdated sub-wii quality graphics. Companies like microsoft have to take major losses on each console sold at launch and continue to for years. The old sell the razor at a loss to make money off the razor blades

don't recall the venue name but it took place during the world con chicago, 1991 as a kind of related event.
i remember taking the L train (?) to a theater of about 500 people and leary and wilson talked about virtual reality and introduced Valerie.

that was the only time i saw RAW in person, very funny guy and the perfect duo to introduce the worlds first virtual reality game which happened to be porn;)

it was a pretty wild scene because of the world science fiction convention, all fringe candidates campaigning in the lincoln park for 1992 elections and a big jazz/blues festival going on in one of those parks.

give the console away for free, sell the games....
