One Year Old Tube
 

Hey everyone,

We own a special tube - Pornsterr . com ('Porn by Country' Tube)
It runs for about 9 months with 2500 + UV a day without much marketing (with harder marketing we reached 5000 + UV a day)

Everything seems to be going fine, but thing is we can't convert our traffic to cash.
I think that what we need is someone who knows the adult marketing industry quite well, and would like to help a bit (or more). :)

Giving away too much videos, too long. People have no incentive to pay when they can find all on your site and especially not when the videos you have overlays saying thsi video was uploaded to xvideos.com and such. If people like that video, surely they will go to xvideos.com to see more first.

You could start with monetizing on mobile traffic? Upselling? Why is your tube site unlike the others...

We are already running a mobile service and sponsor Paysites not much luck..
What makes Pornsterr unique is that we also categorize the videos by country other than by niches..
