Whats normal to pay a webcam model recruiter?
 

We are in process of hireing a/several webcam model recruiters for our site.

Whats the normal % recruiter gets of the models earnings ? 5% ? :helpme

What's 5% of a model's earnings, 2% of gross sales? There are cams paying 10% of gross sales for model referrals.

i wiould always be wary iof those guys who pay top of the line, they always cut it somewhere, like cookie expire etc.

I was thinking 5% of gross sale on the model
