How about contacting support instead of calling people out on a board?

AnimeFevers 06-08-2011 06:04 AM

As I'm now here I might aswel ask a question lol.

try to wait about 3-4 weeks total.

It takes us about a week to receive the card after you place your order. Then depending on your countries mailing system it will take about 2-3 weeks to arrive

If you have a checkbook you'll often see your Bank Routing number in front of your account number along the bottom of the check.

If in doubt, please contact your local bank for the information. :thumbsup

I tried to remove $$ from the ATM with Paxum for the first time yesterday. I felt like an idiot. first I dind't realize you had to transfer the $$ from "checking" to mastercard account. I kept selecting "checking" at the ATM and it said password not recognized. I changed the password 3 times from my phone to no avail. Finally i switched funds to mastercard (it says to use Mastercard, not to use at ATM or point of sale), but i was still getting the password error when selecting "checking" at ATM like I did with epassporte. Finally I tried to withdraw from "Credit Card" at the ATM and it worked, but damn it was frustrating. There were no clear instructions on the Paxum site.

Not to mention the $5 fee from Wachovia for withdrawing via CC + the Paxum fee. lol

Hi Sharky,

I'm sorry you had so much frustration using your card for the first time!

We do state in 'Account Overview' (the landing page when you login to your Paxum account) the following:

"To use your Paxum Mastercard please transfer funds from your "Checking Account" to your "Mastercard Account" first."

We added this note quite some time ago since some clients were experiencing the same issue.

With regards to using Checking/Savings/Credit Card at the ATM; the majority of our customers use the Credit Card option, but some also use the Checking option with successful results.

I'll see about having something added as a Question regarding ATM withdrawal to our FAQ page for future customer queries.

Thanks for choosing Paxum!
