Your money isn't good enough?

for me it went error on the adress, which was a perfect match with the card one.

Use resellerclub.com and then use paypal gateway...

If you are going to tell me the initial deposit is too much, you are worthless. Enjoy your life though!

Moniker won't be able to see what address you put at Paxum. It can only see in what country the card was issued, and if that doesn't match your country it will probably decline it.

mastercard declines it eventually, but moniker spits out the error

and its not really hard to set the same country at moniker and the card ;)

You can view your available credit card limits directly inside your account control panel. The link to this information is located immediately beneath the Mastercard section in Account Overview.

If your limits show that you should have available funds sufficient to cover this transaction then please open a ticket with support through the Message Center so they can investigate ASAP.

Just looked you up on ICQ and found our conversations. I'll contact accounting and ask them to double check your account again. With everything functioning normally I have no idea why you're getting that error message with Moniker. Have you tried to contact Moniker support as well, to see if they're having any issues from their end?
