Learn the local laws...I sometimes hit up girls with a card, if I can see their camel tow or tits 95%...of course I live in LA so...
But in many places you can get arrested for asking women such questions...

Be square, pay correctly, do not try to negotiate a new price after shooting (models tell me they get that ALL the time), check all sorts of places...if you are in a big city, there are many ops...

Okay if we talk about the Payment.. whats a normal budged a Girl feels Comfortable with?

I know I'm not in the big city of LA and being the cheapskate I am we pay $50/hour for non-nude, $100/hour for nude, and $200/hour for videos.

Just make sure you get them to sign releases and get the proper 2257 documentation.

Do i also need it when I do it outside of the US?

As to where to get them try gumtree, craigslist and the local library

when you do get them, make sure they sign a release, provide 2257 docs, certs, phot them holding the money up and a picture of them signing their "fake" signature.

I'd go so far as to say that just about any place where human beings congregate is a potential recruiting ground. Church, hospital, classroom, line at the cashier...

As far as asking questions: asking a person outright if they'd like to be an "adult model" (ensure that the language isn't questionable) should be fine anywhere. If it's in church or whatever, you might get the stink eye, but fuck 'em.

Im from Germany.. and its quiet pretty Difficult to find a Girl in here.

Yea we pay $200/hour for video but I guess that I left out that our videos are not that long and we almost never have a video shoot which lasts over an hour of filming time. The video we shot yesterday took about 45 minutes and we shot a few pics to round out the hour.

About models we shoot tons of models every day, the first step its take care about legal aspects, make video id, pics id, interview with the girl and if you can make newspaper id.....Later you can make a casting site with your company name where the girls can review your information like producer or about you into the adult biz....i do that.
