Ha ha I was watching it too from UK Vettel's car is far superior to anyone else's i prefer the way hamilton drives he is more aggressive saying that algashwari and kobayashi were both really giving it some stick, look forward to the race tomorrow..

Scott McD 06-11-2011 11:40 AM

Schumacher starting 8th.

Hope he has a good race. He's still one of the few reasons i even watch F1 at all nowadays...

Yeah car is shitty! Pity because team Brawn had it down to perfection when it was Button who won it...

We have passes to everything. I'm personally not interested at all in the race but my GF Tracy went to the qualifying race yesterday and liked it. I'm more into Stock Car than Grand Prix.

Wilsy 06-11-2011 01:18 PM

I would really like to see all of the drivers in EXACTLY the same car and see who won the race my money would be on Hamilton or Schumacher.. Thoughts???

Scott McD 06-11-2011 01:27 PM

Schumacher.

Out thinks, out drives, best overtaker, and if all else fails, cheats !! ;-)

MetaMan 06-11-2011 01:30 PM

Im driving for the Red Bull team today.

Elli 06-11-2011 02:41 PM

My man is out there on a boys trip with his dad and a friend. It's his first time to Montreal and he's having a great time!

V_RocKs 06-11-2011 04:23 PM

If Danica is going to be there I will be there too!

Wilsy 06-12-2011 09:08 AM

So the race is going to begin shortly and it is wet that always makes for a interesting race. I think this is the first wet race of the season will be good to see how they all hold out. I am looking forward to this

MaDalton 06-12-2011 09:11 AM

and i think that Vettel even on identical cars would be still in the Top 3

2MuchMark 06-12-2011 10:07 AM

I live about 10 Kilometres away from the race track and I can hear the noise all the way here even with my windows closed.

Wilsy 06-12-2011 10:44 AM

Damn that is a hard one to call who was in the wrong Hamilton or Button ???

MaDalton 06-12-2011 10:47 AM

Sucks hope they restart but being a Hamilton fan not much fun for me now

Scott McD 06-12-2011 03:09 PM

Well what a few hours that was. Sat and watched every min on tv.

Gutted Schumacher never got his podium finish.

I wish EVERY Grand Prix had rain. Maybe not as much as today which got the race stopped mind you. ;-)

that was indeed the hell of a race - most safety cars ever, longest race ever and Vettel losing victory half a round before the finish line. and yeah, Schumacher second would have been nice

MaDalton 06-12-2011 03:35 PM

some cool pics

I'm glad I didn't go, was going to go there for my dad's 50th but it was a week to early.

Would have sucked to be stuck there for the delays.

Great race to watch from home though :thumbsup

2MuchMark 06-12-2011 03:42 PM

You know what would be really cool?

If all those cars were ELECTRIC.

Yep. Let the hate flow, oilheads!

mynameisjim 06-12-2011 03:50 PM

I haven't watched F1 in a while, what's up with this new DRS system? Are fans happy with it or do they see it as a gimmick?

Seems like if you are close to someone in the closing laps, you want to be in second place right until the end, then just use the DRS and make the pass then the other guy doesn't get a chance to use his.

I can see how it can make races more exciting since guys can close the gaps on the straights so the races don't string out as much, which can be pretty boring.

Wilsy 06-13-2011 09:20 AM

Man what a win for Button one of the best races i have seen in a long time. At one point Button was in 21st place six stops and still managed to win defo the best race of his career
