Who wants to meet in Vancouver for game 7

Ive basicaly got free airfare and hotel from frequent flyer miles and points so Im gonna come up and hope i can get a ticket. Theres nothing like a game 7 finals. Ive been to 3 of them ... One was in NYC with the Rangers and I was a nervous wreck. The other 2, Tampa and Carolina was pure heaven watching 2 teams battle KNOWING the CUP would be presented that night.

I'd consider it if I had any chance in hell at getting a ticket for under $2k...

that's sick - would be worse if Toronto ever hosted a Game 7 for the Stanley Cup. probably 25k per ticket.

if you're rich it's a once in a lifetime event.

It is always nice when the team you have season tickets for goes to the Stanly Cup Finals game 7... Otherwise I am just not big enough of a sports fan to shell out that much for a few hours... I'd rather go to a local pub.

if you have seasons tickets, do you automatically get the tickets? or do you have to pay an outragous fee.

you automatically get all playoff tickets - prices get jacked up from regular season games but nothing too bad. the dilemma for those people is many of them are just regular middle class or upper middle class people - when you know you can sell your tickets for 10k apiece it's gotta be tempting.

I got my Game 7 Ticket from a very good friend. Air Fare and hotel is only $375 total round trip. This will be my FOURTH STANLEY CUP FINAL Game 7 and Im about to see the CUP raised for the FIFTH time. It would have been 6 if Detroit would have held on in Game 5.
1994 saw New York Rangers win in Game 7
2004 saw Tampa win in Game 7
2006 saw Carolina win in Game 7
2007 saw Anahiem win in Game 5
2011 saw ??????? win in GAME 7

Its awesome to just sit back and enjoy the experience. My first four cups were all won by the home team. BUT the last 3 CUPS were won on the road. I would love to see Boston win, I wont deny it BUT hearing the roar of the home team when CUP is won is priceless... especially when its the francises first CUP championship.

If you look hard enough you can get good deals...

1994 saw New York Rangers win in Game 7 - I had season seat
2004 saw Tampa win in Game 7 I paid $750 for 20 rows back
2006 saw Carolina win in Game 7 I paid $850 for 2nd row off the ice in corner
2007 saw Anahiem win in Game 5 I paid $800 for 2nd row off the ice.
