Question For CCBill Rep

I tried to call you guys regarding this issue, before posting it here, but no one seems to be answering the phones over there.

Here is my issue - I normally receive emails that tell me when a sale or rebill takes place. I also receive emails informing me when a "partner" has made a sale, usually within a half an hour of the initial transaction.

What I have NEVER experienced is what is happening right now, which is getting emails indicating that partners have made sales, but NOT receiving the original sales emails that precedes them.

Is there some sort of tech glitch occurring?

Please advise.

Thanks in advance!

I noticed this.. but was pleased considering I was having way too many emails everyday.

There also seems to be a glitch that I do not sometimes even receive an email at all.. which is better still :)

I contacted support about this issue also, I see they still have not done anything about this. Its been happening for a few weeks atleast. They always give me the typical response about server communication, sometimes an email gets lost. However it's been a regular occurrence for a while now. It's very strange that I can bring a glitch like this to their attention but it still goes on for quite a while.

I question how deep they look into the problems you bring to the attention of the level 1 support.

I feel like the only person that I should goto about a little bit more serious issues is Paul

I've had this happen when I had a subaccount set up by someone at CCBill, rather than setting it up myself. They put an old email forward into the subaccount, but I still had my regular CCBill email set up to receive general notices, including affiliate reports. Which made it so affiliate emails were coming in, but join emails were not for specific subaccounts. You may be seeing something totally different, but that is a way I saw that happen, so you might want to check your subaccount setups or have CCBill do that for you. I'm sure corvette will get you fixed up.

This is a very old and frequently recurring ccbill issue that no end of "I will look into it posts" by corvette or Paul or other support has ever managed to solve.......

Their conlusion will be that it must be a problem with your mail client btw.

But unlike most processors CCBILL actually responds.:thumbsup
Check this shit out. 7:43 PM Sunday evening...
And working for you guys.

You cant hate on that.

Most processors I seen over the years if not all will never give you the time of fucking day let alone respond on a Message board, let alone on a Sunday Evening.

That's a fair observation although you appear to have missed the comment that the OP made the thread beause they weren't answering the phone :)

In any case, not hating, just stating a fact echoed by others that this is not a new issue.

its all good that they are working all the hours it really is, but if they don't actually resolve problems that multiple people are reporting then what are they doing with this time!

I've had this happen on and off for a while. It all checks out in the admin so I don't worry about it.
