Same here, I love working on new exciting projects but hate updating the old ones, even if they are doing great and I know I could improve them.

Use a central script on your server(s) to handle all you affiliate links.. Then you can just change the link in the script and it will redirect to something that's still "alive" until you can update the site. Better yet, if it's enough traffic and payout to warrant it, make "that site is gone but we recommend" pages to redirect the traffic to... Some of those pages can actually end up getting SE traffic.

If I have a nickel...

Back in 2008 I found out that a network I had set up broke because I switched servers and didn't notice it. I also didn't notice the $1700 a month I was missing... hey, things go up and down all the time...

Then one day I was looking at my stats and thought a certain sponsors stats looked like shit.. looked it up... hadn't been sending traffic for a whole year!

Last year I noticed a sponsor went to $35 PPS on $1 trial. I didn't really mind with all of the revshare rebills so I didn't switch... Then I did and went from $500 to $1400 a month with them...

Always money on the table somewhere.. especially when you grow and when you leave shit to others to handle... then they slack...
