I am looking for a designers that can deliver quickly, keep costs low and want to be our preferable desinger.

We need design on several things like:

Tourpages / Headers / Splash Pages
Flash Banners
Logo's Websites
Icons
Geo Bannering (with translated text)
Video Cropping / Editing
Watermarks

Also seeking:
Carma content manager
Carma templates manager
