There are some good SEO guys on here. Check out the Buy/Sell section for traffic. If nothing else, post an ad in there saying WTB traffic and you'll get emails from all over :)

Worry more abut retaining your traffic, then buy traffic. You will be offered shit loads of traffic with questions like these, content is king.
