Monster breast implants in Prague
 

Longshot I know, but does anyone know of a plastic surgeon based in Prague, Czech Republic that is willing to operate with very large silicone breast implants? Been to see a few with the GF but none are willing to put in anything larger than 550 cc's. My GF wants the fake pornstar boob look, anyone know where she can get that done?
