Hoping someone who knows or is related to GirlieCash can provide some further info...

I recently signed up to girliecash to promote staceylacey.com but have been contacted on twitter from Stacey Lacey saying that I should take the promo content down as girliecash and staceylacey.com are using stolen content?

Any body any info?

The content is most definetly not stolen, we have model ID's and 2257 releases from the model...

We have indeed had a falling out with the model who did flake on us, models hey ! We spent a lot of time and money working with Stacey Lacey... to say it didn't turn out how we'd hoped would be a understatement...

She since went off and tried to do her own thing... and we wished her well in that. However our StaceyLacey.com website still goes forward, there is updates scheduled until November...

We will be contacting Stacey as I am not happy that she is spreading such lies about the content... Whether it be liable or slander if she persists we will have to take legal action against her... considering she was both paid for her time and well looked after during the shoots we had with her, it's a total joke that she is making these claims...

To be honest the only legal action that may or may not take place is by us, I have screen grabbed what she as been saying on Twitter... and I will definetly take legal action if this continues...

Damn I could bore you all to death with the full story of what a flake she is... but it would take way too long to type... let's just say alas a lot of models, especially the more adult end ones all seem to be nut nuts (I dont doubt there are some exceptionals to the rule, but Stacey isn't one of them !)

We laid out the red carpet (as we always do) for her, put in a lot of time and money... and got let down ! We decided to run the site to make back what we put in... If she thinks the content is stolen, then get us closed down lol... but of course that wont be happening any time soon... :thumbsup

Pretty much exactly what I thought it would turn out to be. Models seem to think that their pictures can only be used while they are working for the company, but fail to understand that the company owns the pictures and videos - and all of the websites - they are, after all, just a model.
