I have several ones, and I use all of them in full.
If I can't do wide range of tasks with computer, I don't need that kind of computer.

i am actually switching my web surfing to one machine and my machines that run business related apps will no longer be public.

Other than it maybe being a little smaller than an average laptop I see no real value in it. For the same price you can get a decent laptop that will do everything the chrome book will do plus it has a hard drive so you can store stuff and optical drive so you can watch DVDs on it if you want.

I would think if they really wanted to go after the laptop market they would either make them cheaper or they would offer something you can't get on other laptops.

its fast as balls from what i have read...

when i surf, it is common for me to have 60 plus tabs open..

chrome allowed me to do that when ie would crash all the time..

the only thing i wish these boxes were upgradeable to 4-8 gig of ram, but from what i have read you dont need the extra ram because the os is so lite...
