Also no links to sponsor finder type sites wanted. Most are dead programs or make it so I have to go through hoops to find anything.

I could tell you the absolute best converting ebony site, but it's not instant approval and you'll need to show proof of stats. Sometimes it's worth it to put up with the hassle and wait for a few days to promote a sponsor that is going to perform better for years. :2 cents:
