Can you sell adult goods (sex toys and accessories) using Paypal ?
Cause Ebay (them) has sex toys for sales

I know you can't use them for membership sites.

While at it, can we receive payments from sponsors ?

Yes........

it is my understanding that paypal will accept tangible adult goods that are SHIPPED, no electronic delivery of any kind.

Yes.

They must be tangible items you ship, and have tracking numbers.

I've seen some sites get away with and wonder how they do it.

Yeah sold a lot thru my site www.plaisirsdeglass.com was glass dildos, been in touch with them often and they are open to it. Of course they don't accept items such worn panties etc....

PayPal is very picky with the type of "Adult" content they are willing to touch.

You have to be careful because I have seen them pull accounts for selling certain XXX dvd's and then some people thousands of dvd's a month with PP and no issues. I have used PP for over 13 years and havent had too many issues with a variety of products from high end automotive performance parts and wheels to We-Vibes. Some of their fees have been more than others and their chargeback policies favor the buyer even if you have proof.

They do not accept magazines as a tangible either.

The irony?

My client pointed out a pirate site that was illigally posting his videos. PayPal did the billing for the pirate site.

The irony? PayPal won't be his biller because he offers adult content.
