How to shoot video
 

Hi

Am looking for some advice on shooting video for a solo girl site. I promise to post some pics soon.

But in the meantime, some advice. Do I attempt this with no video experience?

If I do attempt it equipment I need?

Tips on shooting a scene?

Editing?

I have alot of photography experience. Am trying to launch the solo site on the cheap so can't really afford this done professionaly. Most of my money is going into the website design, I come from an IT background. Photography is my hobby.

Watch your favorite porn then read The 5 C's of Cinematography...if you can get through that you are halfway there. :thumbsup

im not a shooter, just a fan and programmer. my only applicable advice is to just think about your viewer while u are shooting. most porn shooters forget that and only film for art or some other stupid thing. the viewer is trying to jerk off. help him do that.

oh and when u are ready to build your paysite, try PornCMS (www.porncms.com). it is "on the cheap" and very easy.

Depends on the style of the video... if its supposed to be amateur, her shooting herself/boyfriend blah blah get a flip video camera... if its still amateur but you want higher quality, get up to the thousand buck range and get a 1080hd hard drive/flash video camera... try to get a large sensor size... NOW if you want some real good looking videos... move up to the 3/5k + range... thats serious.... and if you want to make a fucking fucktastic cinefuckmatic experience go 10k+....

Also.. tips on shooting a scene...

1. Leave the camera rolling... before you say go... it should be on rec... after you cut... keep it on record... you can get some real great candid footage... plus the more you have to work with in editing the better.

2. Make sure the lights are good... if the coochie area is dark with shadows... your video will suck...

3. get different angles but dont be a camera guy who is constantly moving around like you got ants in your pants... pick an angle... chill for 5 min or so (depending on overall length of film you are trying to shoot) then move to another angle and do a few minutes... etc etc.. this way you get plenty of footage.

4. HAVE FUN... keep it relaxed... dont get the guy (or yourself) worked up or you can have problems... dont get the girl nervous or she will look like a nervous wreck getting banged for money and hating every second of it...

5. Dont use the motherfucking zoom on shittier cameras... move in... the shit gets grainy because they only use digital zoom which is worthless.

6. have a picture in your head BEFORE YOU SHOOT... of what you want the video to be like... maybe find one you really like to emulate the type of angles and stuff... I see so many videos where its like seriously, didnt they watch this and say WTF this is terrible before they put it out?

7. If you are shooting straight mainstream or amateur type porn USE THE HOTTEST GIRLS POSSIBLE! even if they cost alot, they will sell WAY better! Do not be tempted to use the kinda ehh girl only because she came in saying she would do it for $50 bucks. NOBODY WANNA SEE THAT! lol but im serious....

Use a fullHD camera....basic bro. I use the new one Nxcam-Sony. Its a fucking crazy nice camera to work. Move slow bro, and take care you had balance your camera and good light, try to use the day light light...Now try to get in video exactly do you need to be happy in front one perfect porn movie or scene to you, relax and have fun....For edition, easy Final Cut its the best. Good energy and if you need some help we shoot every day like 4 scenes in Colombia for our friends in Miami and in LA LA Land...good energy
