Alias, things have a way of working themselves out. :winkwink: Here is Mike B showing off his latest ... Payout Magazine http://nalem.com/gallery/d/65393-4/IMG_9491.JPG |
NALEM before deciding to get in bed with .XXX had a tenth of my interest with their pics.
NALEM can now go fuck themselves. Seriously get off the board Fucktard, you aren't wanted here. |
not sure I understand, Nalem.com is upset cause someone stamped the word 'poser' on a picture of Jay and posted it in a thread???? a thread with less then 50 replies to it..... I laughed, I cried, I moved on and never looked at the thread again.
Now I can understand if it's someone who makes 200 posts a day, has over 10,000 posts and puts that image in his avatar so everyone in every unrelated thread posted in reads it.... but one posting in a thread with almost no exposure.... and I thought I was a pissy little girl for my freakouts.... jesus... this makes it look like you need to crack me over the head with a baseball bat before I respond in retrospect... |
Jesus would tell Alex that parody is protected by the 1st Amendment and to bend over and take it in the ass, like he did when he took ICM Registry / .XXX's dirty money.

Why don't any of these pic companies take time to actually name the fucking people in the pix lol none of them do, so it's just a bunch of pix of fat losers unless you already know them. What's the point.

Wouldn't NALEM technically need a model release from Jay (and everyone) before they can legally post the picture online or claim ownership?
I'm sure I could find some court cases to reference this if I cared enough. That's before knowing you actually have to copyright something before it's protected under dmca. And you can't protect what you don't legally own, and you don't legally own it without model releases. That's before it's clear relationship to on-going, newsworthy, overall industry topic that directly relates to why/how/what the pictures were taken for. Nobody would be doing it for profit, republish as the org, etc.. overall, a monkey could fight this in court and win. That goes for all industry pictures... taken by anyone. |
Does this guy have to apply for press / media certification before he can attend any show?
If he does then why on earth would anyone ever let him in? |

JFK just removes pictures if you ask him, no court order needed ;)
And because people feel uncomfortable when .xxx sponsored pictures are made, we don’t allow commercial pictures taken by photographers on the Dutch Webmaster Meeting. It looks like people get itchy balls and stiff fingers when Nailem is around. It is also not very nice that our visitors have to visit several sites to see if there are pictures they want to remove. Except JFK, the official webmaster meeting photographer and Baddog no commercial pictures can be taken. |

My focus is the idea that asking someone to take down an Industry event picture posted on an industry forum, covering an industry topic, wouldn't stand a chance in court... that's before the fact that a release wasn't signed, copyright never claimed and I bet they don't have a registered agent, making the request for take down frivolous when you can't make a registered counter claim. |

feel free to use my avatar if you like

ROFLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL dwb

What a little bitch. You try to make a living by taking pics of people who for the most part don't want their pics taken or didn't ask to. You don't credit them or put their name or identifying info on the pics of the subjects so that there is some benefit to them... there is only a benefit to you, but someone chops one of your pics and its a huge deal.
Fucking idiot. |
