need simple 2-3 page web site design... any takers?
 

need a mainstream photography site built... splash page with 20 sec vid, FAQ's and a few pics... need it clean and simple... must be mobile friendly, ipads and iphones , iwhatevers... thinking grays/lt blues, black text. who's interested. I'll have some content ready this weekend and the rest end next week... any designers interested? samples pls? prices?

I'm tied up until August 13th. After that, sure :)

you are right, but I can't give you an exact quote since you don't know how many pages you need, you said 2 or 3 , and since you need them to be mobile friendly , your photo gallery must be built in jquery, since flash cannot be display on ipads, iphones, etc

Are you saying that as in its too high or too low? I don't know any GOOD designer (plenty of hack job designers will offer anything) who will do any project for less than a couple thousand, even if its only a few pages. My experience has always been that theres a higher fee for the first page then smaller fees for each additional page. If you get a good 3 page site done for under $500 that is mobile compatible, PLEASE post here as I have a ton of sites on the back burner that fit that criteria.

that is great, if you already have the photogallery script wich is compatible with iphones, ipads, etc, and we only need to create 1 page template then 2 or 3 internal pages + coding , it could be around $200-300, and we could have it done 1-2 weeks :)

Mobile is an upcharge for me. I get $300 to create mobile friendly pages in addition to the original site.

While you might not think you're asking for a lot, there's quite a bit more involved in building even the most simple of sites, than most people imagine.

Yeah, I know you do, and obv squarespace isn't the solution for you. I was just saying, that what you are asking for can be done in about 3 minutes.

The only people who would take on a job like that are "friends" and "student or offshore".

In my experience, the people who pay a premium price(over 5,000) for the website to be design and developed are the least hassle.
