tubex problem
 

im haveing a problem with tubex

im getting the error codes

Feed 'admin' test failed: A non-recoverable program error has occurred curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when safe_mode is enabled or an open_basedir is set

and

Ajax request failed!
Unable to parse return data as JSON

when i test my new XML Videos Feed
does any body have any idea whats going off
p.s. ive sent an email to tubex but no response as of yet

The error message is telling you what is wrong. Contact your host and see if they're willing to change it for you.

the guys at amerinoc have already changed Both safemode and open_basedir are disabled

Try looking at phpinfo() and see what it says.

year ive checked and everything seems ok
