classic stupidity from paxum
a couple of weeks back, i lost the password to my account. their reply was to open a ticket, and point me to the ticket for updates.
oh wait, you have to log in to see the tickets, which is something i cant do because i lost my password. i shake my head when i deal with this sort of stupidity. thankfully i was able to get my password back after a chase around in circles. maybe i should check the ticket now that i can log in. |
when something like this happens you can simply email [email protected] which will kind of be like opening a ticket.

ruth it was already done. i just think it is incredibly silly to have someone answer a password reset request by opening a ticket and telling me to log in and read it.
