Anyone have a Wyoming Corporation?

Any disadvantages to it? I know I will still have to pay taxes in the state where I live but WY seems to offer the same as NV for less money.

If you are going to pay taxes anyway, what's the advantage over just incorporating in your own state?

The cost of forming the company. Also, if I moved and it was a state that had corporate tax but not personal tax (not sure if that exists though) that would be an advantage.

Privacy and asset protection. Alot tougher to pierce the corporate veil of a Wyoming or Nevada corp. This isn't going to help you much if you are breaking laws, but it can certainly deter a frivalous lawsuit.
