Normally I would agree with you, but that is 100% her, and she is 100% a whore (and I mean that in a good way). It's not fake. I'm not saying this as speculation, I know it as a fact. In 99% of the cases it is a webmaster posting, but this is the 1% where it is not...

Look at the date of the tweets. They're randomly assembled. The image has all her "graphic" tweets pasted together to make it look like all she tweets about is fucking. I've been following her for awhile, and there is an occassional tweet like the ones in the image, but they are few and far between....most likely when she gets horny.
