My Interwebs is fucked up

Power went out last week for a few hours and since its come back on, my Internet has been fucked up. Pages won't load or take forever to load. I had this happen years ago but don't recall how I got it fixed.

I was on the phone with FiOS support for about an hour and did the whole reset the router, blah blah blah but nothing yet.

My speed is great (~40/mb down ~25mb/up) but I can't figure out what else to do.

I've release/renewed IP, flushed DNS and cleared cache on all computers, but still same thing. This effecting the 3 of the 3 computers I have.

The only thing thats changed since the power went out is I now have a new IP address

It can be used anywhere if it's possible to set static DNS in connection properties.
