It's best to offer different forms.

I've been buying DVD content for tube uploads, so for me it is a big help to have separate scenes...

Retail or burned DVD's through the mail so we have a hard backup is best.

In a pinch online downloads of vob's is nice if you are out of whatever content and need it quick. But for a few titles only, esp. if we are purchasing a large order, mail is best.

The vob's could be on a drive or whatever too.

100% vob or souce dvds though, so we can encode to whatever we want.

actually i could pretty easily provide both and i just got an idea how...
