Any coders out there? Need Help with Javascript / Form Coding
 

Im trying to put together a new join page and need some help finishing up the coding. Ive done as much of it by myself as I could stand...but Im not a programmer and I'm pretty stumped. I'm having problems getting a .style.display javascript function to work properly.

I basically need someone who can help me complete the half finished code. Would love to find someone freelance that I could hit up every now and then for various work. Bonus points if you're familar with CCBill form coding.
