JW player wont play mp4 until downloaded
 

How can I get mp4 videos to play right away. At the moment only flash videos play right away but mp4 must download before playing.

Beat me to it. That's a brilliant little tool.

If you're encoding server-side try this: https://code.google.com/p/moovrelocator/

For server side encoding qt-faststart and AtomicSparkle will fix this!
