You'd probably get more orders if you had SSL. Lots of people don't like entering credit card numbers on non-secure pages.

I'm curious what merchant provider allows you to not use SSL?

He doesn't think that. He's just showing you the error he got when trying to access the site. Comodo Secuere DNS, amongst others have it flagged as a malicious site.
