Best way to mass delete wordpress post by DATE?

Ive been googling and binging and decided to delete about half of the 13k post i have on a blog install. I have about 300-400 or so handwritten post that are being treated like the other few thousand rss fed splog post. So i want to delete all post the were created before 2008, i have post dating back to 2004 and the domain was first created in 2008 (i bought off someone) How do i accomplish this is there a plugin or script? Google hasnt been helpful maybe its the terms im using.

One very easy solution.

http://bluecowhosting.com/blog/wordp...on-seo-plugin/

It has an option to set an expiration for the post date based on any given number of days. In my case, I set it for 14 days and after those two weeks, the post date is automatically removed. It does the same to all posts that are already older than 14 days.
