Money really pisses me off sometimes

Here we all are killing each other and sweating for something the powers that be have raped the real value from over the past century.. Makes me sick... And people are all scared now, thanks to the government. People I use to be generous with won't do fuck all for me, now, and I almost have to believe that it must be out of fear. Everyone thinks they're going to lose everything at any time.

I remember when I had money, I could not believe what I could get people to do... I was and am nobody, but the second I have some bills in my pocket I have any one at any time doing any thing I believe is right or want done

Money is not the root of all evil, though, man is the root of all evil.. money is just one more tool we use to inflict our will upon the world. I think the human race is a ridiculous awkward mess. Look at us, we walk around on our hind legs and evolve to the point where we can't even walk around like we're supposed to.

And to think that opposable thumbs caused this whole nightmare we've created.. lol.. it's just thumbs :1orglaugh

I need to be that way.. I use to be.. when I was, I NEVER didn't make plenty of it... It seems like the more I came to understand the country and our money the less of it I made.... it's all but sick

The more content you are with your life the less you need to rely on money. Remember that.

contentment is important but when your rent is due or you just ate your last bologna and cheese sandwich and not knowing when your next one is coming contentment seems pretty far away :2 cents:

If money is the root of all evil, then greed is the seed.

Yeah.. I NEVER want to love money again or devote my whole life to it again
When I had the most money I had the least value in my life.

Obviously you gotta take care of your needs. Look around though ... those usually on a quest to add to their bank accounts are usually very sad deep down. Yes, there are exceptions to this rule.

You can be a very happy person if your needs are covered and are surrounded by great people.

That is why I turn most of my income into piss ...

Yes, believe it or not I am in complete agreement with you. I am not one of those types of people that feel a need for more and more. If my bills are paid and I have a little jingle in the pockets I am ok. My family and their well being is much more important to me than money and I have some great friends and co-workers that I appreciate daily.

And, if you have half a sack and can admit it, your family's need requires... guess what? MONEY. So if your family is so fucking important? You are striving for the juice, not "jingle".

I checked, I have a full sack :) I also have a son in college and one in high school both of whom have their needs met. I used to be very obsessed with money, but not any longer. I am not saying that if someone had an extra million bucks they wanted to throw at me that I would turn it down. But my focus is more on doing the best I can every day and the rewards follow. I am a pretty happy guy :thumbsup

Money = success... ??

I think the worst thing is, making a lot of money then somehow ending up broke because you wasted it all on shit you never needed.

I only buy things I can most definitely sell when I'm done with.

It just baffles me how some people can spend $50 - $100 on lunch lol.

AnimeFevers 07-16-2011 01:11 PM

Money doesn't motivate me, sharing it with others does.

waltgator 07-16-2011 08:23 PM

me too! cuz I have none personally
:Oh crap

Face the facts of being what you are, for that is what changes what you are.
