dual screen laptop, yes please!!!!
http://www.slashgear.com/gscreen-spacebook-worlds-first-dual-screen-laptop-pre-orders-start-now-14165153/
This will be my next one :) |
looks cool but might be a bit meh for the moving parts
|
"Intel Core i5-560M 2.66GHz processor and 4GB of RAM for $2395"
so $1500 premium because it has 2 screens instead of one? cheaper to just buy 2 laptops and use some software to link them together... |
That thing must weigh a ton.
|
By the time I need to upgrade my vaio they will be.slim and light weight. So no worries :)

I actually use my 17" laptop with an external 23" monitor. Like that setup better truthfully.

When using the laptop at home I just hdmi It to my desktop's 27" screen. That thing looks clumsy.
|
Great, now I can watch 2 pornmovies at the same time.
|
Looks pretty cool :pimp

the idea is there, just give it a couple more generations, it will be cheaper lighter, and better quality just like everything else.
|
You're going to be paying a premium on that for at least a couple years before it drops in price. Not even worth it at this point.
|
They really need to work on its design. I wait for the second or third generation.

10 bucks. Settle a year today. :) |
I don't know, seems useless to me. I bet it weighs a ton and must be huge, I just hate 17" laptops because they're just too big to drag around
|
pretty cool idea, BUT... bet it kills battery life real fast :2 cents:
|
A bit unnecessary if you ask me. If you are working at home use an external monitor. When away your laptop screen is enough.
