Nat Net is the same way. Ask them to do something that isn't important at all and they have it done in a minute. It's beautiful.

I contacted them yesterday and they replied back with info that I needed within 5 minutes. I've never "ever" had a service provider of any kind get back to me so quickly as I do when I contact Amerinoc/Phatservers. Rock solid reliability and amazing support :thumbsup

A very reliable and solid host, knowledgable and much friendly.

All in all, I'm very, and I repeat, very impressed!

Been with them for years and have absolutely no intention of ever leaving.
