video/photo enhancement
 

i have videos and clips from them that need to be cleaned up and enhanced. they were taken using spycam/nanny cams and are dark as well as having random "blocking" on them. The blocking floats around the video randomly and looks llike when somone hides their identity on their face. except it is just all over the video/pics. i can send you a sample clip from the video if you think you can help.
