Keith actually explained what happens to junkies when they OD and I wouldn't be surprised if it happened to Amy Winehouse.

In his book he talks about when Gram Parsons OD'ed. He said that the FATAL mistake a junky always makes comes AFTER they get clean. He said that they invariably will come back to the drug some months after getting clean just to do "one more".

But he said he never made this mistake that others did: They try to do the same amount of it as they were doing when they quit. Not realizing that their bodies can no longer do that much because their systems are now clean. And then they OD and die.

So basically, since Amy Winehouse got clean over the last few months...it killed her when she succumbed to temptation and decided to do "one more".

That is IF it's a drug overdose...and I'm guessing it is.

Makes sense ..... and who am I to argue with Mr. Richards.

it was a c od and she has been unsober for a long time. a little woman's heart can only take so much in that state and with her $$$.

I was going by all the gossip mags my old lady buys at the grocery store that showed her looking healthy and with weight on her over the last year.

So I figured she had cleaned up (that's what all the stories said anyway) for the last year and then made the mistake of doing too much of whatever drug she prefers. And then as "Keef" said she tried to do the same quantities as she used to do when she partied every day and night.

It's just my guess. :)

One thing that Keith says in his book was that because of his money he NEVER did shitty drugs. All of his coke and heroin were top quality stuff. He was doing ounces of pharmaceutical cocaine constantly...so his chances of getting some that was cut up with a bunch of speed like the rest of us get when we buy it were zero.

He only did the pure stuff. I would assume that she would too. Guess not. :(
