is Partij voor de Vrijheid same shit as Christian democrats or a bit lighter than them?

additionally what's their aproach twoards individual Liberties such as same sex marriage, coffy shops/Marijuana etc?

It's a very big party though, many people vote for PVV because of all the problems with immigrants

Yea i know Geert Wilders and why He's been voted, im just asking hows their aproach twoards negative liberties...

The PVV is against coffeeshops and wants to close them all. They do not agree with a difference between hard drugs and soft drugs and want force addicts to get clean.

PVV prides itself as a conservative party wanting to turn back the clock some centuries.
Oddly enough they do however agree with things like gay marriage,abortion and euthanasie.
Its hard to see a well known vision behind their way of thinking and they are very much unlike any other party that might determine their vison on religion or social agenda.
They are generally seen as right wing but have some very left wing isseus as well combined with even environmental isseus.
Personally I believe that they base their views on some sort of populistic system. Whatever the majority of the people want and complain about...

That's what I was thinking as well, they must have a team that sorts out what's "hot" right now and put it on their agenda.

This PVV/Geert Wilders is, like all politicians, really disgusting... trying to decrease personal freedom because in his opinion Holland is so unsafe.... always talking about security! A politician in Holland that talks about security should be banned to Afghanistan for life! for messing with the minds of the people! There you can talk about security all day you manipulater! I was never in a unsafe situation, I never feel unsafe, Holland has never been as safe as now! Period!

i can understand like people in my country blindly may follow a party because of stupid religious aroma which they smell, but how such a Liberal society like Dutchies can vote for sickminded people like him since they might even lose their freedoms?

don't get me wrong because im posting here from a Muslim populated country, i hate those religious biggots as mutch as the next guy, but there must be other way around right? if u don't want these religious nutcases then even a centralist party may bring better standards to imigration and You're allGood, isn't it? :2 cents:
