What's the best way to get new publishers for a new affiliate network?
 

Hey guys,
I know this is a super rookie question...I'm curious to know what you guys all think is the best way to go about obtaining new publishers for a new affiliate network?
I've always worked with companies that already had a ton of publishers and never really concerned myself with how they actually got all those publishers. Now I'm actually working with a company that needs A LOT more publishers, and I'm wondering how you all might go about finding them and getting the be a publisher?

What type of publishers are you looking for and what sort of budget do you have?

We are looking for a big mix of publishers. We are a mobile affiliate network just trying to grow our North American presence. We do mobile re-directs to help people monetize the mobile traffic that so many websites get that they can't do anything with. We provide a mobile solution for the majority of the websites out there that get an average 10% percent mobile traffic that they can't convert on. We will convert that mobile traffic for you and split the revenues.
