Do you like my domain?

extreme-graphics.com

I recently bought this aged domain registered in 1997.

I am a web designer, and I will use this name instead my own name to show my portfolio and services.

I want to know if it is a good name or not!

By the way, how much worth this domain?

Thanks.

:thumbsup

Decent keywords.... without the dash would of gotten you 10x more SERP traffic, but still decent domain.

Look's alright, not for Web deisgn when it comes to the dash!

looks good, but like everyone else said sucks with the dash

it doesn't matter at all, what matters is what you do and the quality of your work. I don't think anyone without knowledge would type fdsign or dickmansdesign or wyldesites or bluedesignstudios and believe me none of us are lacking any work. So work hard, work well, and you can name your site sda-asdh and nobody will notice, dash or no dash :thumbsup

now, if you're looking for people coming to your site from SE... believe me, 99.99% of design clients will research in adult boards first, so it really doesn't matter at all. Just do a search for "Adult Design" and you'll see how many of the top 20 results are dead sites or sites that hardly get any work at all :2 cents:

i like the dash. i think it will bring you great success.

Thank you guys!

Well, I do not care too much about the dash. Actually, when I register a new domain name I always prefer without dashes or numbers.

I think is better a dash than a number!

In this case because the domain is good (I love the "extreme" word) and aged (I like aged domains) I bought without think too much.

I agree with you Harvey, the quality of my work, my connections and my portfolio that will matters. This rule applies for people who work for another people / company.

And I'm not an adult only web designer. I work most with mainstream. The thing is that I can't show all jobs at the same website.

Whenever I see a "like my domain?" thread...

Guess whether I end up liking it or not...
