serious ... am i blind? does paypal offer cards for use at atms to withdraw money?

or can one assign a card to an account?

only US. They say they're going to offer it for other countries in the future, but I've seen that announcement fro at least 4-5 years, so don't hold your breath

They just sent me one a few years back and do so each year. I've never requested it but they send it. It's mostly used for my Second Life stores where I have to convert out game currency to real money.

I'm in the US and the free PayPal MasterCard check card that I have lets me withdrawal up to $400 a day at ATM's. I can also use it to make purchases for free.

Well Paypal can transfer money to my bank account withing 3 days for FREE. I like em. Even though 1/50 sales gets chargedback and you can't do shit about it, it's better than most alternatives when it comes to fees etc.

And also, they aren't that likely to fucking shut down like epassporte.

They used to have a paypal top up card which they have now stopped but as far as im aware they do have a paypal credit card for the UK

And its not a prepaid card, its a normal debit card that you earn 1% back on :)
