We have asked the bank to send those payment with express delivery where possible and all delayed payments is confirmed on route. Zombaio has a zero tolerance when it comes to processing payouts and are now switching from the nordic bank Nordea to the much more international bank Commerzbank. Payouts created after 2011-08-03 will be sent from Commerzbank in Frankfurt and on your account statement you will still see "Zombaio Payout XXXXXX". We do apologize for the above delay, and will credit all your wire fees for the above period. I heard 2 weeks ago they screwed up payments and people got charged double wire fees. Once for their receiving bank and once for the intermediary bank that zombaio used. Anybody else get hit by this?

I am honestly having zero issues or troubles with Zombaio processing. Why don't you talk with them direct Swirls rather than always on GFY? They have always been helpful and efficient when I have dealt with them, admitedly not always instant responses, but not unacceptably slow.
I saw in another thread somebody said that some of your payment links were not working. That is a pretty big thing for a customer to get around and can explain zero signups. And as regards late payment, let's get this into perspective for all the non Zombaio clients and usual crew of bandwagon jumpers who thrive on these threads. The payment created 21st July is officially due to be settled 4th August but normally would arrive a couple of days before, so it is not yet "late", just not as early as normal, and the fact that they have already resent it express means to me that they will not end up being that late anyway. The other 2 "late payments" I have due from the period in question are not due to be settled until 8th and 10th August so its possible they may not even be late also..... just not as early as usual. I think in Zombaio's desire to be open, honest and transparent they have been a little hard on themselves this time. :2 cents: |

We don't work with Zombaio, but we reached out to them recently to help us with an issue. They went out of their way to help without any kind of delay. Zombaio is good people.

sounds like they are having merchant bank account issues... I'm just speculating, but when a 3rd party processor is all over the place like this it's always them bumping up against chargeback limits and having to move around and open new march accounts. Some can juggle and recover others have gone under... good luck to you all!

Why wouldn't a 3rd party processor have enough money in reserves to take care of this issue behind the scenes, pay people on time, and maintain their public integrity?
I don't use Zombaio yet so no dog in this fight. |

This is the third huge problem in the last three months...
We have removed zombaio from the cascade until some answers come out and stability returns. The lack of communication is astounding. |
wire created 7-22-2011 with a settlement date of 8-5-2011 has not hit our account...
Curiously the payout status changed over this weekend and is saying "CLEARED" I am sorry but that wire never came is anyone else showing payout "cleared" when the wire never came?? |
I haven't recieved any wire either, and the lack of communication is worrying
also, when they raised the rates, tomas said " We are looking forward to year 2011, with 24/7 support, new payroll programs, EFT payouts, ACH payouts end EU direct debits " and to help with redpass.. yet non of that stuff is done, and redpass isn't open, so why raise the rates? |

During this period we have monitored the join forms closely and see about the same join ratios as the old forms. However the new join forms will probably have a better ratios when the new payment options are introduced the coming months. However, some of the clients experience that the old form had a better join ratio. For that we have now enabled an option in ZOA, so that you can choose if you want to use the e-ticket form (new) or the old simple credit card form (old). We recommend you to use the e-ticket form (new). But below is a guide how to switch back to the old form. If you want to use the new form as recommended, just delete this message and continue using Zombaio as normal. - HOW TO SWITCH BACK TO THE OLD JOIN FORMS - Logon to ZOA. Click TOOLS - WEBSITE MANAGEMENT. Then click SETTINGS on the site you want to switch template. Scroll down to the ZOMBAIO JOIN FORM TEMPLATE section and choose template #2 in the select box. When done, click APPLY CHANGES in the template section. Now you are using the old join forms again. Should you have any questions, please contact your account manager or support.
