Strange, we have been trying to get a response via email messages, and ICQ messages but with no luck. A couple sites which are hosted at Webair: http://www.boinkdatingtonight.com and http://www.someonespecialdating.com are the links contained in the email spoof / from-address forgery / Joe Job messages that are going around.

I was told they were reputable, but because It doesn't appear they are looking into the matter of spam possibly emanating from their servers or being carried out by domain owners (clients) very seriously, I don't know what to think.

Webair is excellent. Gerard is always helpful and the IPs are likely not a problem for them.
So they would be my first choice for what you want to do... :2 cents:

Natnet is also great but they are very tight with IPs compared to many others
