I like to think that I am a great rep. I always reply to people promptly and get issues sorted out ASAP, that is why I am in such dismay about the way this was handled by a fellow webmaster.

If he had sent me one simple email or hit me on ICQ the issue would have been dealt with swiftly. Instead he reports me to all of these other people to try and cause us maximum damage. Not cool by somebody in the same industry at all.
