Duck fried rice from the Korean BBQ place was very tasty

I haven't had duck for awhile. It was my favorite as a kid. Just be sure you aren't eating pigeon!

For me, duck is good occasionally, but it's generally too greasy and has too much fat for regular eating (unless you are only eating leaner cuts, such as leg).

Also, it can take all day to cook if you are making it at home...nice alternative for the winter holidays though. :food-smil02
