I got it earlier and it shows about 3 hours of downtime.

When I log in I get a reset connection. Seems down here.

Is up for me but I have seen a few people on G+ say they can't get in.

Upon further review, I am in and I can perform some functions (like and share) but I can not do status updates. Anon lied?
